Matter of fact have driven across, flown to or lived in every state...the only place on earth I'd like to live...maybe Australia or New Zealand, if given no other choice, but the USA suits me just fine.
Ha! Ha! I was actually ahead of the USA . . . .Paternally, 1729; and Maternally, 1721 .. . . . That's one-half Century prior the Convention of the Second Continental Congress, in 1776. It's like one of my buddies told me one time out on the Golf Course; "I don't mind telling you, Jack! You are NOT FROM the United States, YOU ARE THE United States of America." .. . . And that's about right. I have to agree. LOL
I was born and raised in the center of the U.S. I prefer the Mexican Baja, especially now that the U.S. is beginning to experience carbon karma. Stay near the West coast if you visit in the summer.

The nice thing about the USA is that we have everything from harsh deserts to beautiful mountain vistas.
In California alone you can go surfing in the morning and snowboarding in the afternoon.
