Seen it from the West Coast, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Wake Island, and the East Coast of South Vietnam (South China Sea). Seen the Atlantic, too from the East Coast and Iceland. Favorite though, are the Great Lakes.

also the Atlantic and 5 seas I don't comment about the beauty because I like the Aegean Sea ( the water around Greek islands are the same if not better than any Caribbean island)

Southern California, Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Fiji, New Zealand, and Australia.
I'd say it's at its best when it's more than 200 miles from shore though. What a color!

I not only have been to the pacific ocean I spent four years on it while in the Navy from the west cost of California to the south china sea. It is truly awesome in it's grandeur.
