    On a thread called how would you react if you found a Klan robe in the trunk of your friends car would you remains friends with that person. In my usual humorous manner I responded if he was my good friend (I'm Black) he would be the worse Klansman ever. Someone called me a racist because I didn't believe a Klansman would have Black friends...... True Story!!!

    i.e. sis in law from Japan, and a nephew in law who's 1/2 Af ~American...

    Not to mention a TON OF friends, from all around the world, of every race ;0 )

    I was called racist for being apathetic about a website that they inaccurately called racist. I had to define the difference between Racism, segregation (de facto and later segregation in general) and prejudice because for some reason people think those words are synonyms.

    some people {mainly us Americans} don't seem to realize what race really is, race is actually the country while most are actually thinking of ethnicity but still call it race, I usually have to correct people all the time...

    I do find it astonishing how many cons are in denial about their own racism. So much so that when you offer evidence of it they simply try desperately to dismiss the facts all because they don't wish to face them.

    To wit: Since Obama's been in office white supremacy/hate groups have gone up by 244%. Additionally, Obama gets an average of 35 death threats per day per a Secret Service agent who was assigned to protect Obama which is a 400% increase over what W got. Nah, nothing racist about that. The death threats are surely "policy" based. Pffffft!

    I get called a racist even though I have multi ethnicity family, I have friends from all backgrounds and I dated a black woman for nearly 2 years and I'm in denial about being racist?
    This is the problem with you stupid liberals, you have no brain and you think anyone who doesn't like Obama is racist, even Black Conservatives who I have witnessed being called Oreos or Uncle Toms BY LIBERALS!
    Seems to me there's a double standard from liberals who can seem to get away with making both racist and sexist remarks, if a Conservative says they don't want taco's for dinner they get called racist...

    Lastly, and I'm not sure I can say this slowly enough for you to get but disagreeing w/ Obama in no way guarantees someone's a racist. Now, if you distrust or dislike him due to his race rather than his policies then you're a f'ing racist. At this point, you're merely a demagogic dkhead. Clear now?

    yes i have been un-fortunately but un-fairly as i am not, i am a landscape gardener, now i lost my hairline when i was 26, so i cut all my hair off and keep my scalp wet shaved very day; so it was when i was 33 and we had a site in giffnock in glasgow and its a private estate with jewish people; so i am going about my buiseness cutting the lawns and maintaining the shrub beds, this n' that & this lady and gent came up to me in a rather un-kind manner and demanded that i leave the grounds i wa very taken a back and tried to reason with the lady and gent and then they demanded i remove my great grandad celtic cross and called me a nazi and being very nasty to me, had to contact my boss, in the end we kept receieving hassle and bullying in the "larchfield estate" so my boss ended up terminating the contract and told them to shove it; so yes i have been accused of racism in a false and un-found manner, so people be aware don't judge a book by its cover

    Racist, bigot, homophobic, mean spirited and hurtful...all of the buzzwords of the looney left, and I get called one or a number of them all the time. They are words that people like that use when they don't have anything else to say. They are the signs of people that are devoid of conversational ability. As such, they begin to lose their meaning as well as their definition.

    What's weird is that we use (and sometimes overuse) that word as a negative descriptor, but it makes no sense; as there's actually only ONE race, human.

    'Race' refers to species.

    We're all the same species, just of various different ethnicity.
