Have you ever been called racist??...

Not here, but offline by a couple of guys, because I wasn't interested, and one guy recently because he thought I was ashamed to be seen with him in public(which made no sense because we met in public).

About 5-6 people called me names, cussed at me, and called me pure racist. (when I'm really not.) but sodahead is sodahead and there are jerks on here.

Only from liberals that are too ignorant to know that content of ones character matters and just because a President is black we are just suppose to roll over and let he screw our country.

I don't think I have made it more than a week on SH without being called a racist. The funny thing is, most who use the term, think it some sort of insult.

I have been jokingly called a racist by some. Never seriously,I think and never on Sodahead either.

I've never been called racist here. But people have jokingly called me racist often.

Racist is beat to death because in most cases it is used to insult not to classify. The dictionary I went to college with has no negative definition of bigot, just simply a person with unwaveringly held beliefs. Have a great weekend.

I always thought it was another word for racist ............missed that by a mile.

My younger brother makes very racist jokes, and if I'm anywhere near him when he says one people assume I'm racist.

Yes, when confronting bigots with facts; they usually hurl the "You are a racist," at me.

My FACT of simply saying: I DID NOT VOTE FOR OBAMA is enough to get me called a racist.

So I have been called that by others for not supporting Obama as well, by a few. You don't see me generalizing people or becoming hateful towards another group, because of it. In addition it's usually by people like Che who is White. Chris I've seen the type of people you support on this site and I will leave it at that.

Not really all that surprising really, comes with the territory of being conservative.
Forget the fact that I have all sorts of different family members of different ethnicity and forget the fact that I have black friends or the fact that I dated a black woman for just about 2 years...
but you know, I'm white so that automatically makes me racist right? unless you're liberal that is, white liberals are TOTALLY different.
Well except for the founders of the kkk and Margret Sanger who was in the Nazi party and made eugenics and planned parenthood and who tried to kill off the black race.
Forget the fact that it was liberals who put Martin Luther King Jr. in jail and forget the fact that they fought tooth and nail to keep slavery in the culture and forget the fact that black men were forced to fight for the south while black men who fought for the north willingly fought so they could be free men.
You know, liberals seem to forget these pesky things called facts.

Once when I was seven or eight a little black girl tripped when she was walking beside me and I thought I had accidentally tripped her, so I said sorry. but for some reason this made her older sister really mad. I wasn't exactly accused of being racist, but they were still mad.

all the time since I'm the only white person in all my high-school classes there are more white people in the upper grades though so yep I get called racist a lot though my best friends are from other races

I see far more racism from Blacks and Hispanics than I do from Whites.

You don't live where I do... There's places where if your black and you go there at night they'll beat you up :/. In 1st grade some girl turned the whole class against me just because I'm black :(. I was never accepted... : ' (
