Several auto accidents. one serious motorcycle accident, I woke up a day later, thought I could get up & walk out of the hospital... lol joke was on me! I did not make it one step.

I was going through Ralins Wyoming in the winter. I hit black ice and went from my side of the freeway over the center through on comming traffic. I took out a sign that said foo gas lodging. My BRAND NEW Dodge Dakota pickup was totaled. My kids were in the extended cab and were fine, I however was trapped and needed help getting out. 2 busted ribs and cuts but otherwise we were safe. The police said if we had been in a lesser truck we would all be dead. God was looking out for us that day.

2 different head on collisions as a passenger

Riding in the passenger seat with my jackass friend going 110 or so on a hilly country back road in his brand new grand am gt, after catching some air a few times, the last time he over corrected went down into the ditch, ramped over the crossing road, and after impact of tne nose of the car landing, the car flipped 2 1/2 times and finally came to a rest with the car upside down. All he got was seatbelt burn on his neck, and all I had was a 9 or 10 stitch cut on my hand.. And most important of all, my slipknot cd was still playing and had no damage.

I was in a head-on collision. I barely remember what happened. I don't remember the lady crossing the line or even knowing anything was going to happen. I vaguely remember spinning and then I woke up and saw someone in the mirror all bloody (my face was imprinted in the glass, you could even see where my was) and I thought she must have been in the car accident. Then someone was at the window and said "We're getting you out." I didn't know who I was or where I was. By the time I got to the hospital, my memory came back and I asked them to call the radio station I worked for (and gave them the number) to cancel my afternoon appointments. All in all, I was pretty lucky. I broke two bones in my foot (must have been from trying pushing my foot against the floorboard or something), my knee was triple regular size, nose was ripped open, and I had glass coming out my forehead for years and I had back problems later. Ironically, I always wore my seatbelt except for that one time.

Yes, I was! Also, before it happened I had been terrified about being in an accident. When I would close my eyes before going to sleep, I'd see an accident. It was weird, it stopped after I had the accident.

I was in a car accident a few years ago where I got a big scar on my forehead and was hospitalized for 3 days because my spleen nearly ruptured..

Took a bike off a 150 foot cliff into a grove of pine and oak trees below. Ended up with a broken back in two places, six broken ribs, both legs broken and my left arm in three places, PLUS a concussion that almost killed me. It took the firefighters three hours to get me out of the tree I ended up in about 40 feet off the ground.

I was biking with some friends when I was 8 years old. Doctors said I should have died.

Even today nearly 55 years later I still don't know if I was lucky or not. The recovery took nearly 5 years and my back is in constant pain even after major surgery several times.

But alive, Yep I am lucky to be alive.

Nothing major. Required stitches on a couple occasions.

fell off a tall horse landed on my head and got amnesia so I am told.

But I have had a bullet pass so close to my head that I heard the whistle, and my youngest child and I were both quite close to dying on the night she was born.

Traffic stopped and I was rear-ended by someone going about 65 mph. I was pushed under the back of the car in front of me. Had to do a bit of physical therapy to recover.

Not where I've been hurt badly, thank goodness!! I've had some close calls but the scariest was when I was on top of a big pile of straw bales in the barn and the pile collapsed. I fell about 25 feet but thankfully I was on top of the bales and not under them.

Several and luckily I survived both....

Yeah. Well, I don't remember it because I was really little but I get made fun of all the time for my nose bc of how it is from the car accident.

No, but my aunt git in a really bad car accident and got a lot of brain damage and had to spend like 2 years in the hospital.
