Have Chronic Pain, go to doc he say nothing worng with ya!

I have body aches every day. Hips, knees, HANDS!, back, neck, sometime my whole body. Doctor says that I am fine, and that I have body aches because I used to be fat... That is no help to me. I don't like doctors sometimes!

I hurt a lot.

Doctors told me that same story for over 10 years until I finally find a doctor who was willing to do a lot of investigation and finally found out what really was the cause of my pain.

You need to get another opinion until you find someone who can tell you what the real problem actually is. Do not just sit back and accept nothing as an answer. It is your health.

chronic lower back pain due to several herniated discs. Keeping active is the best thing--manufacturing your own pain killers, endorphins.

I found a Doctor that used pressure points that removed my pain.

I use to live on ibuprofen and some other drug before that can wipe out your kidneys. I took Omega 3 which after awhile took care of some of my joint related pain,

Doctors say that we may be keeping our homes to germ free and our systems have weakened do to this.

I use to have a cat so I know about that. With the cat and the kids running in and out it is impossible to keep everything clean. The point that the Doctor was trying to make was just to use soap and water to clean as it leaves behind the good bacteria that help combat the bad one and limits your exposure and your body learns to fight them off.

I do not carry sanitizer, but use to keep them in my desk at work. A lot of people would be running in and out of my office, so I use to use them on my door handles and my phone. People would use my phone a lot. When some one is sick in my house I use them in the same way.

I often use the towel that I dried my hands with to open the door in a restroom and then dispose of it.

I smoke for anxiety, pain, insomnia, ect... it does wonders for me. Of course the only job I can get id Maid, and I have a small computer business that my father runs. He smokes for the same reasons I do. I Can't stand when people say it's a drug. (It's a plant) So technically it's an herbal remedy.
