I've never had that happen to me, but it did happen to a friend of mine recently and I think it's very disrespectful and should not be happening in the workplace.

No my boss was very professional and if there was a problem discussed it privately. Besides I am not user friendly so no boss would get away with that. It is important to know your rights when it comes to disciplinary actions regardless of how trivial they may be.
