A few in the Republican party have such as Ron Paul who votes against spending bills and has proposed cutting the budget by 1 trillion dollars in one year and balancing the budget in three and Gary Johnson who as a Republican governor in New Mexico took the state from debt to a 1 billion dollar surplus. If you really want a fiscal conservative vote for Gary Johnson for President in 2012.
