Has anyone had or have Tennis Elbow?

VERYwiseguy 2012/03/14 05:51:41
I'm beginning to get it and I'm concerned I work with my hands.I bought a brace but my current job is fast repetitious labor at this time. And I don't get the rest required for it to heal from what I've read.I have everything that gives it to you through the years.Athlete, racket sports player, auto mechanic, carpenter, plumber, painter etc...Has anyone done what's required and it went away? I'm no Spring chicken but I am in tip top shape and can keep up with others 20 yrs. younger easily. So I'm hoping I can heal 100% even though I'm up in years. This is my 1st medical condition,I have nothing else wrong according to my doctor's physicals. I'm lucky. So any ideas or suggestions? Or if you once had it what stopped the pain. Thank You VWG ouch!

Yes I injured my elbow from playing games in my 20's and no 'playing games' is not a euphemism for auto-stimulation.

A well designed exercise plan has proven to be able to cure it unless it is in a sever condition. Good tendon healing diet also helps. To know more, visit http://www.tenniselbowtreatme...

Take vitamin B6 and eat pineapple. Worked for me when the doctors couldn't.

Yes I've had Tennis elbow it is not fun , what worked for me (and by the way I am a custodian and didn't take time off) hot for 5 minutes and cold for 5 minutes 3xs each before work and after work. I did it for about 2-3 weeks, weekends too

Not fun! Open the link above and read from the experts. If it gets bad enough you could need surgery and lose most of the strength in your arm, hand, wrist, fingers, grip.Btw another way you can get it from keyboard and mouse use like you can get carpel tunnel syndrome from it.Watch that texting! lol That sometimes requires a brace and perhaps surgery. carpel tunnel carpel tunnel carpel tunnel Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
