Yes, my dog did once a couple of years ago. I still have the marks from it. I learned that night NOT to take things away from him when he's really into them.
I did have a incident where this little Chihuahua was on a front porch as I walked by it's house. It proceeded to come after me. I didn't want to hurt it so I ran. Yes, my aunt's dog bit me when I was 2 or 3. I still have a small scar on my face. I've also been nipped by dogs, but nothing as serious as that one time.
It was actually my own dog. I was trying to break up a fight between him and another dog, and he missed. It wasn't a bad bite, though. I'm not even sure where it was, since I don't have a scar.
