I am a Father but for those of you out there who still have your Father be thankful that you do. Doesn't take just a few minutes to pick up the phone and call if they are not close to you. If they are doesn't take just a few minutes to stop by and say hello and Happy Wishes for a Fathers Day. You see i don't have that chance and said with tears in my eyes.

My own Father passed away in 1989 and I would like to take this oppotunity to say to all that still have theirs...hug that man on this special day he won't be around forever.
I shall be remembering mine...
A big shout out for all returned and serving troops too....I salute you all.

Thanks Chi Cat...my Dad had a huge and wonderful sense of humour and I thank God that I've inherited it. I could never forget him he is with me always...have the most wonderful of weekends Chi Cat take care :)

I will be hugging mine, that is for sure....even if he may not remember that I was there (tomorrow) with him.... I will know.... and I treasure every moment that I have with my dad, my hero always. I am sorry you lost your dad in 1989. :( Dads are so very special!

My dear daddy died a little over 3 years ago and I think about him every day. Father's Day has taken on a new meaning for me. I simply think of the most wonderful father ever and wish he were still here.
To the rest of you be sure and give your dear fathers a hug. They are very special people.
