You do not realize it ceased to matter who is at the helm, the supreme court proved it has no interest in upholding our constitution. There is no limit to government power.

Funny how when one ruling, by this far right court, goes against rightwing wishes, they are all of a sudden an unconstitutional abomination. Where was the outrage over Citizens United? I suppose that they've now become "activist judges"?

Citizens United did not expand federal power. The federal government now has exclusive power to dictate every aspect of your life, and if you do not comply with their dictates your property will be removed from you, at the point of a gun. Mao would be proud of Obama. There is no comparison to the ruling on citizens united and what the court did in upholding the elimination of personal sovereignty.

If Obama wins, all hell will break out. He will start his Executive Orders to change everything, thus those that still love our freedoms and Liberty will fight back one way or another. Our only hope is that the Military remembers it's Oath to protect the Citizens of the United States and it's Constitution.
