It was awesome, I drank too much, woke up to the sound of dad vacuuming (the bastard knew I’d been out all night...he likes to make too much noise when he knows there’s a chance I’ll be hung over). I ended up, despite almost certainly being drunk (“Uh, Shai, since when do you have an accent that strong?” “Clearly you’ve never seen me drunk before. Just ignore it.”), being the responsible one. Made sure Marek was in charge of Michelle, Willy and Catherine, then I left with Michael, Paige and Lena (Mikey was done, poor kid, Paige had to walk him into his house and up into bed). Paige and Lena were dead tired by the time we got home, and I tipped our cabbie well (he was very nice, and even expressed worry over Mikey... then said we were good friends... I liked him).
Anyhow, it was, overall, a fun night with no real regrets (barring the minor hang over).
Here are a few photos:
Cherri (my mum’s best mate) and I. Cherri, her husband David, and my parents were going to their friend’s 50th (which just happened to be on Halloween, lucky her)... and it turned out to be a wedding as well... apparently dad danced all night long. If you knew my dad, you would understand the hilarity of that statement. Mum was very excited about said fact. This is just before both they and I left for our parties.

These is just me being... well, me. I fucking love this wig though... debating cutting my hair in a similar style once Beauty and the Beast is done. T’is a bit blurry, the one.. dad didn’t have the flash on. And just because I’ve become a cam-whore, apparently, I’ll post two ;P

And this is me and Douglas (as Barney Stinson from “How I Met Your Mother”, he’s not NPH, but he’s still a cutie...). Douglas and I were basically two out of three of the heads of my high school’s technical and stage crew. Dougie and I were head of tech (him mostly lighting, me mostly sound, but we switched occasionally), and Jilli (not here because she’s at McGill for school, and a five hour drive is unreasonable for a party) was head of deck (worked backstage, props and people and the like). Douglas is a year younger than Jill and I, so we graduated and left him to rebuild, haha. Still, we’re good mates. Apparently, last we checked, tech is doing just fine... I did train a sound girl before I left, and Mary was well-prepared for Jill’s job... but Dougie had to find a replacement last year. Still, Jill, Doug and I made a hell of a team, and our teacher supervisor (the lovely Ms. Coleman that I mentioned a while back) claims to miss us dearly.

And this is the an adorable piece of Dexter fanart I ran across... it makes me giggle. (Dexter and Rudy.... lol, Rudy’s LOOOOOONG gone.)

Oh wow you look gorgeous! Sounds like you had a lot of fun!View thread

But, I'm glad you had a good Halloween! It is the very best holiday. You looked awesome, and I love how the wig worked out.
I really did get to go as Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas this year, and I got a bunch of candy. I didn't have a man to be my Jack, so I carried my Jack doll around with me! ;D
Thank you!
I like that! That's too cute, carrying around a Jack doll, haha.
And what else was I supposed to do? You can't be much of a Sally without a Jack. =D
This is true, Sally and Jack are like jam and cheese.
He really does look like Barney. Lol!
Lol! Yay! Shit, I'd be pleased too. I love that show!!
Have you seen the American Pie movies?
So, how're you today?
And how are you?
I'm alright. I'm just bored. Hehe.
I thought that looked cool.Lol!
And thank you!
