He was born a ramblin' man ... Allman Brothers rocker Gregg Allman, 64, has announced his plans to tie the knot for the seventh time -- with a 24-year-old woman. "This time, I am really in love," he told "Piers Morgan Tonight," of Shannon, who is 40 years younger.
And he doesn't think of his bride as wife number seven. "That's not what she's becoming. She's becoming wife number one," said the grandfather (and father of five), who was once married to Cher. "I don't have a wife. Haven't had one for years."
He elaborated Wednesday on "CBS This Morning": "This is my first wife. ... It's just -- it's altogether different. I'm sober. I don't know, there, for a while, I thought, 'Man, it's definitely you. It's got to be you.' But -- well, there's a few things I could tell you, but they're just too private." Do you think the relationship is sweet? Or sick?

+8Hope he's got a good pre-nup. I can give you millions of reasons what that 24 year old wants to marry him, but they're in his bank account.
He wants a young hottie, she wants a rich man that will die and leave her a lot of money and then creepy guys like me will swoop in and take advantage of the rich cougar widow to become the old guy as the cycle continues.
