Eating habits contribute. Change what is eaten and how it's prepared. Start walking instead of driving. Little things can help but crash dieting can cause more harm than good.
Do like I do with my gf when she packs on a few pounds, chase her around the block a couple of times using the car. Do that three times a week for a month, she'll be the size you want her.
stop eating when your fool & eat in moderation basically don't eat so much. don't drink a lot of alcohol it's empty calories (that's for people who drink A LOT) these simple rules have helped me stay fit for my adult life hope this helps you at least a little bit
I lost weight by eating two meal a day ,and for snacks i'd have fruit ,and i have about 12 steps in my house, i'd run and walk up and down for about 30 minutes a day i lost 15 pounds in a month , these steps were leading to my den, but be careful not to run or walk to fast , breakfast i'd have oatmeal and for dinner i'd have meat baked with too vegetables
i have a weight problem .have had it most of my life. after all the crazy diets i have tried i find the best is what they have said for years. EAT SLOWLY.....AND YOU WILL FIND YOU EAT LESS. IT IS ALL ABOUT PORTION CONTROL AND LAYING OFF OF THE SUGAR!i have lost 60lbs my self.
Well, I lost some weight by cutting out white bread, soda, sugar and snack food. If you do this, you will be surprised how quickly you will drop the weight. Of course, increasing physical activity will contribute to the weight loss.
It may seem like it's hard to do.. but, naturally the body is allowed to eat 5 meals a day, as long as their small portions.. Don't eat anything late at night. Drink lot's of water in between your meals.. Stay away from a lot of dairy food, and lot's a fatty foods too.. But, get in your daily excercise at least 20 to 30 minutes a day.. And she'll reach your goal...
no seriously its her, she wants to lose weight... shes 5'3 and weigh 180 lb tho she doesnt necessarily look it but she does look alittle big so since she doesnt have an account on here im asking for her
Exercise regularly.
Take your time. The faster you try to lose it, the faster you could gain it back.
Most of the time just eating small portions and exercising every day does it for me.
Eating a big breakfast, moderate lunch and a small dinner should be okay. Its better to eat well in the morning so you can burn it off.
