Sexy when healthy looking and well toned -- but a little gross looking when overdone. I don't like the legs on the woman used in your example - they're out of proportion. I think the women in these photos below look good with their well toned muscles...
Yak . If they have muscles they will not be girls . And they look horrible . And as a man : I will not think to even look at them . They looks like dinosors. They don't look like females . Or even males . Just look to the picture up there . And imagine her without all of those muscles . She will be sexy . But look with them ... (That's my opinion )
I don't even want a woman with a flat stomach. A lady should have little bulge there. Hard is a "man thing", not a "woman thing". Firmness is nice, yes, but not hard.

In my personal opinion ... yuk! I love to see an "in-shape" woman's body, but when they start looking like a muscular man, I'm out. If I liked to be with someone that looked like a muscle bound man, I'd be gay. I think women look great when they are in shape, but should still be be soft, curvy, feminine, and shaped like a woman.
