Sophia Ellison, a Best Buy Geek Squad customer, alleges the Fairfax, Virginia store's employee violated her privacy. Ms. Ellison says the Geek Squad employee took and kept copies of images from her smartphone when she paid the employee to transfer her photos, phone numbers and email addresses to her new iPhone.
Ms. Ellison said the photos and videos included racy personal photos of her modeling. The phone also had a of her young children joking after getting out of the shower.
"A few days later, he called back to tell me he'd made a CD at his house with all my photos, and when can I come get them. I could pick them up at his house," Ellison tells WTOP. "I felt sick. I felt violated. I felt so embarrassed," Ellison said.

It's dumb enough to snag them, it's mind boggling that he'd let anyone know, and why he'd tell the person he stole the pictures from he got them I can't understand. How stupid do you have to be to do that?!
Trust no one.
