Looks like any other loving couple who has been apart for a long time and who are grateful to be reunited, alive and well. This young man has soldiered along side the rest and did his duty...it's no ones concern what he does on a personal level...nor is it wrong or inappropriate for him to show affection toward the person whom fulfills him.

This photo is in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012. Thought I saw a "tuberose/carnation" lei on Sgt. Brandon Morgan and the soldier in the back of him.
The article accompanying the photo was full of positive comments and info from both guys! I'm glad Sgt. Morgan and Dalan Wells are here in the islands! And I hope they have a great reunion before Sgt. Morgan has to ship back to Afghanistan. (wcole.@staradvertiser.com)

If it had been a straight couple, it wouldn't have gotten this kind of attention. Treat this couple with the same respect you'd want. The man got home and he kissed his significant other. Nothing out if the ordinary.

Bravo for the marine having the guts to kiss his lover in public. There's probably many in the military who are still afraid to show their sexual orientation. I applaud these two!!

How awesome he came home safe and they were able to hug and kiss and spend time together. Alot of couples are not so lucky. I hope to see many many more reunions like this one, gay or straight

The best thing about this is that we are coming closer everyday to realizing that's it's no more unusual than seeing a man and woman embrace. Let us hope we keep moving in that direction.
