Actually, neither, I'm not much of a chicken eater at all. Every once in a while I'll have sliced chicken breast on a sandwich, and if there's nothing else on the menu that I can afford to eat while dining out, I'll have chicken tenders with a dipping sauce, but that is rare. I much prefer beef to chicken, a roast or steak or even hamburger is preferable to chicken!
Off the bone I prefer chicken fried as baking it makes the meat too tender for my taste. I most prefer buying boneless skinless chicken breasts and grilling them bbq style.
(I've seen too many documentaries on the conditions under which commercial chickens are made) LOL
At the slightest tinge of pink in the meat, I refuse to eat further ! lol
AND HOT CORN ON THE COB AND MASH PATATOES
