I think so. The weather report said scattered thunderstorms all day, so we weren't going to go, but now it seems to be just cloudy... so we're trying to get our stuff together and go. And here I am, sitting at the computer, not doing a damn thing to help. :3

I love fireworks! Just came back from watching the Independence Day fireworks here in Korea(14 hours ahead EDT[Eastern Daylight Time]).

Really. North Korea's Independence Day is September 9th, and South Korea's Independence Day is August 15th, so I'm not sure who you are trying to fool since they don't celebrate America's Independence from England in either South or North Korea!

'On behalf of COL Huber and the rest of the USAG - Yongsan team, thank you for making this year's 4th of July celebration put on by USAG Yongsan, FMWR a very special one. Glad to see everyone out there having a great time. Please feel free to share your photos (and even videos) and we'll put them on our Community Info Channel (AFN Yongsan (The Official Page) channel #3) and even the digital marquees! Have a nice night." ~Mark Or,USAG Daegu 21 hours ago via mobile
"Just a reminder Liberty Fest '12 kicks off in the main PX parking lot at 1 - but the road in front of the PX will be blocked off earlier and closed for the rest of the day so please plan accordingly! The PX will be open (as will the Commissary) so you can take a break out of the sun. And have a great time celebrating the 4th! Don't forget to drink plenty of water today it will be hot - and sunscreen wouldn't hurt either; a safe holiday is a fun one! The fireworks were always my favorite part of the 4th of July celebration! Just last night, some of my neighbors had a "fireworks war."

I watch Fireworks on the T.V. My Health Condition does not let me be close to explosions. I will enjoy them. My Disability has only change the way I do things. Now I can post my comment for the whole world to read.

Ho-hum. Fireworks bore me. Pretty lights flashing in the sky for 2 seconds.... Oooooo..... *yippie* Eh, it was never thrilling for me. Plus I don't like all the loud popping sounds and noise. It's all just an excuse to make noise in my opinion, and I hate noise!

Many fireworks have been banned in Colorado due to the wildfires, they're also canceling firework displays in most cities as well, including mine. So no fireworks for me today, nor will we be having a barbecue or anything because we have no money. Sigh... it's going to be a suckish fourth of July... :(

And lighting off some of my own, too. My state Michigan just passed laws allowing for the bigger fireworks and I have some mortars I'm lighting later today.
