I want to thank Romney from the bottom of my heart for picking Ryan. He just lost the elderly, hispanic, and independent votes.

Actually he saw an increase in points with the elderly and independents. You probably don't understand this, but independents typically tend to vote rationally, Paul Ryan is an extremely rational choice.

Ok...we'll see how that works out in November. I highly doubt that Romney wins. Polls say that over 75% of likely voters do not approve of Ryan's plan.

That poll was done by a hyper leftist and you can bet no actual polling was done. The truth is that even if it WERE true that 75% of people didn't like his plan, he's not running on that plan, and secondly hardly anyone knows anything about the plan or who Ryan is in the first place.

Excuses, excuses. He may not be running on it, but Romney say he would sign it into law the first chance he got. I think that puts his plan into play...don't you? LOL! I think a lot of people know who Ryan is and what he stands for more than you would think.

Well I live in Maryland which Obama is guaranteed to win anyway and I like to be able to sleep at night knowing I am not part of the problem.

I get it, but as a person who has tallied the vote for many years, the write ins are sometimes not even counted. We got a kick out of the 11 people who wrote in Mickey Mouse in our district. Sadly, these "conscience" votes were not reported in the official count.

As you know, Maryland is a very big diverse state, I drive through it often to visit family and see the different customs and cultures, very distinct differences in each area.
One of my aunts lives in the sassafras river area, the devastation of the economy on that area is clear, businesses, homes, marinas, restaurants and farms abandoned in just the last 3 years. It's definately not a campaign stop for Obama.

Maryland is a very unique state. If you draw an oval around Baltimore and Washington DC, the area inside the oval tends to control what the other unfortunate people have to put up with. People on the eastern shore are always wanting to break away from Maryland and become part of Delaware. Western Maryland is forgotten by the politicians and thus have very little voice.

Regardless, Obama only needs to carry Prince Georges and Montgomery counties and Baltimore city to take Maryland. Sadly, they control everything here.
