Um, I don't think it's a popular name, but it's a very pretty one. I think you should choose whether or not Katniss should be the name for your baby, don't let a couple of people on sodahead make your decision.

Never its unoriginall, it starts with a sharp letter, and has to many odd numbered letters and it doesn't sound flowy enough. Thats just my opinion and how i pick out names thought you might like sharp or odd numbered letters.
