Los Angeles is set to host its first annual L.A. Fried Chicken Festival. The festival will take place in Beverly Hills towards the end of August. Celeb chefs will be in attendance, cookin' up their favorite fried bird. How do you feel about fried chicken?

Wouldn't it be great if there were an entire food festival devoted to fried chicken? A place where you could indulge freely in golden brown, crispy pieces of chicken? That's the idea behind the first annual Los Angeles Fried Chicken Fest, coming Sunday, Aug. 26, in Beverly Hills.

I get down frying chicken. Fried chicken is a staple with many us afam folks, for Sunday dinner. "Give me a deep fryer or skillet, flour, grease, and seasonings" I'll fry the hell of of the chicken it will be so good to the taste buds,"You'll want to slap your mama."

There are different types of fried chicken from mile to spicy and varied based upon pan fried, deep fried, shortening fried, butter fried. peanut oil fried and variations including sesame oil So Yeah that sound pretty neat.

Went to the one in Kentucky to honor Colonel Sanders once. It was awesome. Even if everyone there farted at once, the smell of fried chicken still over-powered it.

My Mom's is outstanding. She grew up in the South and knows how to cook all kinds of Southern food, but I will always be a fan of fried chicken thanks to her recipe.
