As Facebook's stock price continues to hit new lows, some investors are questioning whether Mark Zuckerburg, Facebook's founder and CEO, is still suitable for the job.

A Los Angeles Times story quoted four such investors, who say "Zuckerberg should remain as a creative force, but the company should hire an experienced CEO to run things." What do you think? Should a more seasoned CEO replace Zuck?

Nobody should have believed the stock price. I blame the investors and the market. Zuckerberg did an excellent job of creating value -- they mis-priced FB.

All I know is, if he didn't get so greedy at the start of the I.P.O. Things would be alot better for all. I'm sure he isn't making any friends in the workplace right now. It's almost time for them to be able to sell their stock. For maybe $18.00 a share if their lucky.

This guy is nothing but a fluke who really invented nothing he just did something different with the internet and yet people thought he was a genius. Well all he is in reality is a con man in my opinion who attracted fools for investors. He simply went to Harvard and then came out and hit the lottery off other people's backs so he will never have to do a day's work the rest of his life end of story.

That's the way it goes. Somebody has an idea, good or bad, and if there's a market for it, the idea can turn into profits. He did good.

I got off FB for a while, came back, and I swear it's worse than before the IPO was offered. I think a bunch of fashionable investors thought getting the IPO would make them look cool and are now reeling in the fact that there's little to be gained from a network that isn't as reliant on ads as MySpace or even the almighty SH is. If they get a function that works consistently on all platforms, that would be a start. I'd also suggest they offer FB intervention for the people who make 24,533 posts a day about how their dog farted but it is what it is.

He followed Romneys playbook to suck the bucks out (in this case his own business), his partner left the country, with the cash, wonder why?

Seriously, what does Romney have to do with what was said? I could say the same thing about the Solyndra execs, that our current regime gave hundreds of millions to, and they took the money and ran with no repercusions. hey are all the same Republican or Democrat. Facebook provides nothing to the public, and in the long run it will die on the vine just like the hoola hoop did. Want to invest your money smart buy Railroad stock, without them we are in lots of trouble.....

Could it be that the IPO was deliberately excessive so that it would fall and start a brushfire of doubt that the media could then fan into a hostile takeover? His investors knew the risks before they bought their stocks and they have no right to make demands of any kind. This is his company and if they don't like how he runs it, they can sell their shares at the current rate and move on.

Why does FB have to crash and burn before you move on to something else? Just move on to something else.

Because so far it is the only way to communicate with people I know overseas, despite the fact they also have Skype. Group projects at school, ect, are all done via FaceBook. It's annoying as hell so yes, I do have to watch it crash and burn before I can move onto something else that will be of any use.

One of the absolutes in business: Entrepreneurs are not Executives. The traits that make creators great are quite the opposite of what makes executives great.

I Honestly think Zuckerberg should stay on as the creative guy and hold enough power that the site doesn't get overhauled but the business stuff needs to be left to someone who understands business, ALSO I am sick and tired of people saying his choice of attire has ANYTHING to do with his inteligence

Facebook is and always was nothing but a time waster. How this punk turned into a billionaire by offering losers something to do online beats me. Of course the same could be said about Youtube, Soadhead and others. Yeah, I have a Facebook account, BUT, I haven't used it or visited in about six months.

Zuckerberg is a coder who came across a good idea and turned it into something bigger. Now it has become too big for him, imho. A company the size of Facebook needs a CEO with a respectable record, as well as a respectable image. I mean, Zuckerberg doesn't exactly radiate professionalism and trustworthiness.
