Some guy blew a stop sign and hit me. I only suffered a concussion.

And I know someone who has too. A girl on my softball team in high school got hit by a kid in my class. He was showing off his car in the parking lot and hit her. Her injuries were worse.

Thankfully they were not going too fast and I was hit more on the side of the car than the front. The weird thing is I never thought about suing them even though I had no injuries.

had a woman hit me when I was riding my bike. The good news was that I flew over her Volkswagen bug and landed behind the car on my feet and then fell and rolled...didn't get a scratch...my bike was totally trashed!!! Grrrrrrrrrr!!!

Hit twice. Once by a truck when I was 8 on my bike. Another time I was backed over in a parking lot while walking to lunch.

The car bounced to the side. (It hit me on the corner while turning.) I walked over to the drivers door. He looked like he thought I was going to crumple the car with him in it and throw it off the road. I punched his mirror and told him to take off before I changed my mind.

I was fine but I was on my bicycle and it must have looked bad because when the drunk hit me it sent me flying over the car. . . I landed on his roof, slid off his hood and slid a good 10 ft before coming to a stop. My bike was totalled.
