    I've never been a Hugh achiever and I'm not totally useless but never seem to remember facts well, listen well etc. I am mid 30's and being a mum of 2 young children I can't devote a whole lot of time to brain training methods!!

    it happens we are not feeling at our best. Some morings we wake up, and we just know it is going to be one of those days. That you feel like just staying in bed!

    If your are of at least average intelligence , then you can understand anything that can be taught.
    When something seems to complex , look to a different instructor or book to express it a different way and the light will come on.

    The Brilliance of Genius is to make the complex understandable .
