We're not all morons. Just like not all Democrats are morons (I say dem because I believe there is a difference between a Dem and a Lib) Some of us actually have common sense.

Quite a fair few times. As much as I would like to think I'm tolerant and accommodating of other views, if I'm honest I'm not really.
Rationally and logically I know that changing people's opinions online are rare especially if they are different to yours.
I mainly get irate when I provide facts, evidence and proof and the person I'm talking to repeats their position without processing what I've written.

When I first joined I was so taken aback by some of the SH bullies, particularly in politics, that I did let them get to me. I was shocked. And I told them off! LOL

Not worth it. That's one thing I've learned being on this site. I'm not shocked by anything anymore from strangers on the net. And I still may stand up for something and tell them their behavior sucks, but it doesn't raise my blood pressure anymore. One click of the mouse and I'm done with it.

In a way I have gained a thicker skin because of this site. And that is a good thing to have in life. Because then you don't get riddled so easily by things that happen. And you recognize when it truly doesn't matter. Life is more enjoyable.
