Attend as many as I can. Nothing better than feeling the beat of the drums pulsating through you. I miss being able to dance in the circle not sure if I could go round in the wheel chair though I am willing to ask and try. Still hoping to make it over to the Crow Fair which is suppose to be a huge gathering. If I could have a dream answered it would be to go to the Gathering Of Nations.. The one thing I miss about not living where we did in OH anymore is there we were pretty much central to a number of Pow Wow's. For now I will listen to the drums on cd or view the Pow Wows on PowWow.com

Dang! I tried to click on yes, but somehow it got on no, and I can't correct it!
Yes, I've been to a few pow-wows and they're fun, and always a good place to meet some nice people. Although I'm not a tribal member, I'm part Lenape. I never met any Lenape at a pow-wow, but did meet the chief of the tribe in Washington D.C. a few years ago along with a few other tribal members.
I LOVE THEM! My Grandmother and great-Grandmother were full Cherokee and my Grandfather and Great-grandfather were full Blackfoot, so you don't have to dig very far to find the Native in me!
