    I doubt it... you will note Obamacare did nothing to reform healthcare... just made it mandatory that we all get insurance... and of course the cost of the insurance skyrocketed. I don't think elephant massage has ever been covered... Although.... I can think of a few people I would pay to see under an elephants foot for awhile...
