In honor of Earth Day today, we challenge you to get out your stopwatch and take a three-minute shower.
Actually, the challenge is coming from actress Amy Smart, who has partnered with the Body Shop to convince people to take shorter showers.
"I don't know if it's three minutes but it's definitely not 10 minutes," Smart says of her own showers, according to USA Today. "I tend to take pretty quick showers. I've been working on environmental issues for 17 years."
Hmm ... if there's one thing we look forward to in the morning, it's a 10-minute, long hot shower (followed by a cup of coffee). Are you willing to sacrifice your shower time for Mother Earth?
