I think it would be a good idea to help an elderly family member of friends who use a computer for email to understand the consequence's of being intimidated by these scams.

Ironically, my grandfather had a PC for all of two weeks, never went online with it and gave up because he could get more done with a typewrite or a pen and paper, so I couldn't say
