Im from Paraguay, honestly when we found info like this, posted by foreign people we laugh "til death". I would like to know the source of this information. I dont know nor remember and not even heard about anybody that practiced dueling here. So I invite you to come visit my country, you can kill, sure, but as in every "civilized" country once you get caught you can go to prison BY LAW. And as for blood donors, its voluntary. I repeat, please post SOME REAL SOURCE for this info.

That's dumb, aren't the bullets made of lead? So if the bullet gets into the body doesn't the lead contaminate the blood? No I don't want it legal for the morons in my neighborhood to be able to shoot each other they can't aim as it is already.

but I do feel that fist fighting should be promoted more. People have too much pent up fustration and it is leading to more murders and kids bringing guns to school to solve their fustrations. Didn't have that shit when I was in school. Someone got their ass kicked and it was done, shake hands and go hang out at the A&W.;
