MARCELLUS, Mich. (WOOD) - A mother in Cass County said the family dog saved her 14-month-old son from drowning in a pool over the weekend.

    Smart dog...stupid parent... fence all the way around with locking gate at pool if you have a small child period.

    HOW do you have a swimming pool,

    not COMPLETELY fenced off, and KID safe !?!?


    And HOW DO YOU HAVE KIDS, A SWIMMING POOL,

    AND N.O.T. KNOW C.P.R. !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!...


    Last, but NOT least, why would C.P.S. NOT file charges on this ?

    I know it was an accident, and accidents do happen but "negligence'

    regarding the fence, and pool, as I mentioned above, seems obvious to me ~

    Labs love water. And are adept swimmers. They are very family oriented and love kids. It would make sense.
