Does the potential for nuclear war worry you?

We should be worried if we live in a major metropolitan area such as LA or NY. During the cold war we knew who had what, now since our great friends, (sic) the Pakistanis have them, any whacko fringe group with right connections or enough money can get one.

But, oh well fine turn me into a crispy critter what do I care?

I used to worry obsessively about it during the eighties, but I've moved on. I've replaced that with worrying about a complete global, environmental and economic collapse.

It will never come to that. I think U.S. has seen how that can effect people and the environment. Ask Japan

I remember in 1st grade, 1970-ish, having bomb drills where we got under our desks!
I asked my teacher if they were really able to get us with the ocean being between us and she said no.
My husband always says "Not until 9/11/01 that is anyway, huh?" (no, it wasn't nukes nor was it over the ocean but the f'er's got us...)
I worry because this Administration leaked that they and Israel hacked Iran's computers to check on their progress and I doubt that deed will go unpaid.

A relative of mine who worked for Nasa said that when the Soviet Union broke up the danger of nuclear bombs increased a hundred fold. Now instead of a few super powers balancing each other we have a whole bunch of small countries jostling each other for power. Sooner or later some madman is going to hit the switch.

There's no reason to worry. I'm a prepper myself, but like people have said, you won't survive being at ground zero no matter what. Just be prepared to the best of your ability and don't let it weigh on your thoughts.

Far too much emphasis is put on nuclear. It is simply posturing on the part of the Zionists. Israel has not the ability to fight the fires that will most certainly be the result of any action, nuclear or conventional. The recent forest fire almost destroyed them.
