Does Sexting Count as Cheating?

Like I tell my friends, as a Christian, we have a Human Nature tied to us until we leave this Earth.

He looked at me kind of like what? I said look at you're shadow.... Everywhere you go that human nature goes with you and you have two choices...

Accept the temptation or turn away from it we all make Choices every day and even Christians blow it too some time but we Confess, Dust off and keep moving on and try to learn from the mistake the next time

I Volunteer at 5 (Protestant) Churches (& a Sufi Mosque), neither the Clergy nor (most of, can't win 'em all) the Brethren have any problem with the way I am. At one I offer Communion (Lay Acolyte?) & read Bible lessons from the pulpit (last week, it was 1 Kings 19:4 - 8 & Ephesians 4:25 - 5:2, the Pastor read the Gospel, John 6:35, 41 - 51 NRSV)

I vacillate among Deism, Pantheism & Theism (a Transtheist),
as said above, a (Jungian q.v.) Mystic (or Shaman).

ah yeah... if you are flirting with someone and you have already a comment with someone else, yes it's cheating texting, on the phone, by letter...

I think it shows something. Like disloyalty and not living in the real world. I don't think I would trust a partner that did such a thing.

Depends on the couple. I personally would consider it cheating but a couple with an open relationship might not give a flip.

Not comfortable with yes or no so I just winged it. On a strictly personal basis, the answer is yes.

People can rationalize it as just a little harmless game, but when they purposely dismiss the feelings of their partner they are being pretty damn unfaithful.

It's also the least classy thing one can do. Respect yourself and stop being slutty.
