Seems that our society is trying to appease every teenage tendency in order to rack in huge amounts of money, this is creating a world without maturity in my opinion. Our internet, our entertainment, our music, our movies, are all catering to teenage mentality in order to exploit their influential income. What do you think?

Take care,

Its not society so much, but advertisers. If society appealed too much to teenagers, you'd see Zach Efron running for president.

Advertisers gear their ads to teenagers because they'll spend their last dollar on what those advertisers tells them is hip.

Congratulations on getting older. For the last sixty years we have catered to teenagers.

No more than did when I was a teen,it's just that there's many more ways today to reach the youth and their pockets.

I think it's simply that teenagers are more vulnerable. Advertisers and "artists" have to make everything louder and snappier to reach every audience.

Our society now caters to minority bullies - - you know, the ones who guilt trip our "leaders" into halting the death penalty, control what schools teach, restrict what police do, insist we let illegals in to steal our income tax money by claiming 15 illegal dependents (yes, this is fact), and demand we all pay for everyone's doctors care. IF they had it THEIR way, they would disgrace the bible and re-write literature as well. It's the ADULTS being selfish, not the kids. Kids do as adults teach them, so what exactly do you expect?

I think it has for a very long time. Certainly Entertainment! I think since the invention of the internet, It has become beyond obvious.
What I think is dangerous is how we cater to their self-esteem and lead them to believe that they will never experience a failure in life.
