'almost more than drunk drivers'? Surely not? All the gawker is doing is holding people up, rather than a danger to other road users, as drunks are.

Actually, a rubber necker can cause an accident. One time this guy basically stopped on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn, NY to rubberneck an accident and a driver rear ended him pretty damn hard. So now both side of the highway were backed up,

The driver who rear-ended him was probably so busy gawking at the other side of the road that he didn't see the stationary car in front! Hey, I'm not saying it's not dangerous but a drunk is just death waiting to happen.

I love the people in expensive cars who can't spend $20 on a Bluetooth. I really wish every state would make it illegal to talk on a cell phone without using a device like Bluetooth.

No-one will readily admit it but we all have slightly ghoulish tendencies. Did you look over as you passed by? Tell the truth! Incidentally, it only takes one car to slow up and look to cause major congestion.
