I have no idea. I suppose He has His reasons. I have prayed for people and sometimes I know immediately that it has been answer. I often tell them that they are healed. When I prayed for the healing of my brother before I finished the prayer I knew the answer was no, When my other brother was suffering and he was in a coma I prayed for him and just ask the Lord to take away his pain and he died with in hours. Other times I am unaware as to whether my prayers are answered or not. Perhaps the sister has better information than I. I am Blessed as many people never know if any of their prayers are answered.

It was his time, He had accept Jesus into his life only shortly before he got sick. So I am thankful for that. He was 40 and still had young children at home. I am sorry it make no sense to you.

Death is a 100% for sure. My prayers were to keep him for a longer period of time. But even before I finished the prayer I knew the answer was no.
