Does anyone else feed their dogs better than they feed themselves?

I often enough feed my dog better than I feed myself. Like today I ate a McGriddle. My dog has a food allergy to grains that makes her scratch at herself horribly. Therefore I have to buy grain-free dog foods which come at an expensive price. Does anyone else feed grain-free for cheaper than $48.99 dollars for a 28 lbs bag? I won't buy anything Diamond makes because of the recall just announced.

hell if i had a dog I'd prbably feed it the same stuff i ate, never knew a dog that wouldn't eat table scraps and since i don't use seasonings it's not going to hurt the dog

Actually that's not true. Dogs cannot process foods that we can onion, high in grease, and high in sodium foods are actually very bad for dogs.

I can afford it I'd just not like to pay as much for it. I don't believe in making my dog eat by-prducts and corn which makes her very ill.

Have one stray cat, and he pretty much eats anything.

Is he healthy? Do you know or even care? Often strays have FIV or many other diseases form being outside.

Don't give me attitude, I don't own him I felt sorry for him so feed him. We are into charity for children so pets are not our thing is that ok Do want the statistics on starving and dying children?

You gave me attitude first and who do you think you are to try and tell me what to do? Your NO ONE, just some argumentative person on sodahead. I also give to charity for children, but if you call an animal your cat (stray or not) you should at least try to make sure it's healthy. I give my dog high dollar food because without it she it miserable.
