Does anybody know if K-Mart jeans are bigger than other stores jeans?

☆Katharina☆ 2012/09/21 19:19:30
So the other day I went to a store to try on some jeans because my old ones (size 14 ones) where getting baggy. I tried on a size 8 at the other store and I could get it up but I couldn't button it. so I went to a size 10. Today I'm waiting for my shift to start and a K-mart is right by where I'm waiting so I went there and tried on five differnt pairs of 8. I tried classic fit, boot cut, and others like that. All of them fit! I could button all of them. I also tried on small shits. that also fit so are K-mart close bigger or is this something I should be proud of?

I tried five different brands but a lot of people are saying the same thing. I need to keep a better eye and see what I am trying on. I just feel really good because I can fit into 8's

I think I will go to Kmart to buy my clothes. I have found that you can try on the same brand and get different fits.

Because the are made overseas, the cut might be different...and if your size 14's are getting baggy, I'd say your body has changed...but there is a lot of label changing these days to make us all feel better...and I have noticed it in shoes as well....Wear what works for you...and be comfortable being you..

So is your suggestion to buy American made ones?
  • Muver ☆Kathar... 2012/09/22 05:22:24

Well, I feel that is best for the country...it employs Americans, in American business...
but that doesn't guarantee fit or correct sizing....I think it is a general clothing thing...

Could be where they are made. I sell uniforms and depending on the plant the sizes vary slightly. We actually got a shipment in one time and it was from 3 different plants and they were 3 different sizes from the same size... Crazy!!!
