Do You Usually Follow Your Head or Your Heart?

Normally my heart but i need to stop since all it keeps doing is getting me hurt.

My heart and my head walk hand in hand.

I follow my heart. If my heart's not into it, my head won't be for long. But if my heart is into it, then my head is too.

Oh no many many time my heart request that I want to something but I can't It's make me suffer ;( but I have one believe if something or Idal make me hurts or suffer and that may be wrong

I follow my intuition.
Sometimes my mind can perceive things in an altered manner, but my heart always leads me in the right direction. I feel better when I follow my intuition, because I know it's guiding me in the proper way

so later i won't feel bad ...............

Have to quit doing that. lol Gets me in trouble.

Much to my own peril. The emotions run thick in me... controlling everything from my head to my groin.

Neither, really, I mostly follow inane irrational fears and impulses.

I follow my head unless its our fine American military then my heart jumps in too!!!!

Except when it comes to following Jesus then it is both my Head and heart!

It could be why I like Roller Coasters so much. LOL

So I guess it depends on the content of the subject. Common Sense rules best when Compassion is used as a guide. It is a type of paradox I guess; Love your enemies! If you understand how that works out, then you have used both your Heart and Head.

I use common sense, fact and logic.

Happily, my wife got my heart a long time ago. :)

the heart makes a lot of mistakes

my head sometimes is so full of steam from what i see going on i have to really feel in my heart I am right. If you listen with your heart you will get a better response than to think when you are upset about the issue.. I was a democrat but knew in my heart this man was evil. the whole family was democrat but most of them have since changed their minds.

I can be such a fool ! LOL !

My heart has led me astray sometimes.

And it screws me every time.....

But I generally like to keep them yoked together so they don't wander off on their own.

It the only think that has NOT lead me astray.

I trust my heart and if I feel something strong enough then I follow my heart but generally my head is running the show, afterall, hearts can be pretty foolish

I believe that it's the mind that remembers old experiences and hangs on to the negativity and pain. Its the heart that forgives and turns loose of the pain. The heart also learns from past experiences.

I have a big heart but am extremely cerebral. My head wins out every time.

Head intend to go different directions..heart is only one at a time.

I'd actually go with both, and it also depends on instinct as well. When both say two different ways then no, but if its together on the same thing then yes. This also inculdes my gut feeling as well, so it would be all three.

I think I'm following my head... ...then again it wouldn't surprise me if my head is confabulating excuses to make following my heart seem logical...

the way i see it everyone uses their head - mostly when we fail its due to youthful exuberance or desperation.

My head knows what I WANT, but my heart knows whats RIGHT.

I follow my intelligence.

as much as socializing means to me... I can't give in to what I KNOW will hurt me
