    They are called contacts. They make special ones that take up the full eye. My guess is if these incidents actually happen these kids bought some and decided to get some laughs by scaring people.

    Not on my block. I did have a kid stop by after dark a few nights ago wanting to use the phone but he had normal looking eyes.

    If I had some kids show up at my house after dark with pale skin and full black eyes asking to use the phone I would simply ask. "Does your mother know that you shelled out 250 bucks on Halloween contacts?" Then close the door in their faces before they can answer.

    I'm not kidding they are 250 bucks. 125 bucks for one lens. -_-
