Do you think the UN is a joke?

Before you start getting mad at me and saying the Untied Nations are good, they pulled 2 stunts. The first one is that during a war, you can't target a leader (assassiante a leader). Let's say you were a leader of a country and a tyrannical leader comes into power in your negbooring country, but he hates your race of people and starts funding terrorst groups against your country, you will want to knock him out of power right? But the UN won't let you knock him out of power. And the 2nd stunt they did was to make a global gun ban. Believe it or not, gun-related crimes are more common in places with tight gun control laws becuause the law-abiding people can't defend thierselfs against the gun-weilding crimalals. And if the outlaws can't get guns legally, they will get them illegaly or use something like a bomb or a car. more people are killed by cars more than murders using firearms. (And you think they might ban cars because of it) plus I don't believe them in thier miliatary capabilty because they would pull stunts like the one below:
