Do you think that there is market for men's high heels?

I have always been of the mind set that a person should for the most part be able to wear what they want. I myself like women's shoes and wear them from time to time. Perhaps there is an untapped market out there for larger sized women's footwear. I'm thinking about opening up a store that sells larger sized women's shoes. What do you think?Man in Heels

Yes there is or could be a viable market.

There are two segments : high rank for fashion bloggers and people in this industry. They can afford specific Campbell, Owens, or YSL shoes designed for men, Limited sales but high prices.

For me, I have very little experience in heeled shoes, and no exact idea of the look I want to display, and on which occasion to wear them (at work, partying, casually with friends, for shopping, only in private, etc.) . So I buy up to 10 pairs (on the internet) before they find one that complete a look they feel comfy with for a set of situations. Thus cheaper shoes may be of interest (no more than 60 $), with styles ranging from very feminine to more everyday like, directly imported from the large size women side of the store.
From what I have seen, my situation is widely shared by guys into heels.

You could also sell the shoes to tall women and crossdressers, but I am not sure they visit the same stores.

    Regards

I'm guessing heels aren't your thing, and thanks for replying.

That's a bit further than I care to travel. Capital Hill in Seattle might work just as well.

Nice try, but no dice. Didn't work in school and it isn't working now.

    Not on your life.

Probably not... Don't spend your life savings opening a shop for it
