I see toddlers playing outside or being left alone in stores all the time! I don't understand how their parents don't seem to be at all worried about their children being kidnapped.

Seems that some parents just don't care and let their kids run around unattended while they chit chat on their cell phones 24/7. Poor kids.

A child needs to be taught by the parents. Parents can't effectively teach if they are not spending time with and supervising them. A child loves spending time with their parents.

To many parents don't, thats why our kids of today have no clue about anything and show no respect towards adults...always follow through with what you say or do...

I have 17 year old twins....Last night twin A was two hours late....not a pretty night.....this AM twin B wanted to download 50 Shades of Gary, screaming her best friend's mother is letting her read the book! My farther would have used corporal punishment is I ever tried either. I am doing my best, but I worry it's not good enough. Society today has a much stronger hold of our kids and it's a daily battle to keep them respectful and honest.

Sometimes I wonder if it would be possible to put some children in harness and tell them to "watch their mouths" some need to be parented better

i actually asked a lady to control her child or leave it at the zoo next time she came to a restaurant. she looked angry and shocked until people at 3 other tables started to applaud. then she took her brat and moved to the outdoor area.

not yes but HELL YES,most not all but most kids have no respect for anyone anymore and show little if any common sense.I find it a shame and really distrubing that even our teachers and people like that bus monitor have to be afarid to do what they love doing.If thses kids are so out of control now what will they be like as adults

Manners are to be learnt from the early days..not to forget to give all the affection and teachings to their kids so they don't grow up killing ppl all around -_-
