Do you think its wrong for 14 year olds to date 16 year olds?

yanno.. it doesnt matter. im in a situation where im 13 and me and this 16 year old have been talking a lot. and i tell him how into i am into him. but he says this is crazy but i like you too. and that means a lot to me. we have only been talking for like 3 weeks, but he seems different then everybody else. plus if your matture then its okay. but its also good to be careful. i really like this kid a lot. we talk all the time, and every chance he gets he flirts with me. <3 i would say go for it. but u have to make sure he feels the same about you and knows right from wrong. if its true love and its meant to be. it will happen. remember everything happens for a reason! :) well my answer is no(:

Absolutely not 2 years is nothing infact if your a 14 year old girl and hez a 16 year old boy that is probably best age cause girls mature 2-3 years before boys i'm 15 and dating a 18 year old so no not at all go for it!!

i have asked something similar to alot of people. My question was does age matter? then most would say no. so i asked if they had any daughters and how old. then i asked if they would be okay it a 21 year old went out wit their daughter. their answer changed quickly

my bf is 16 I am 14 and we gave been together almost a year my family loves him and it's not a big age diff...Mine is actually a year and a half tech but whatever no 14 and 16 year olds dating is fine

Two years is nothing, especially at that age. Honestly, I found once I reached high school, that age gap seemed like nothing. I had friends older than me and younger than me then, so no, I don't think it's odd... but why anyone would be looking for a relationship at 14 years old is a mystery to me.
