Woman who openly display themselves and their under garments are trashy. For one a real woman who is strong and confident knows she doesnt need to do that to get attention. Secondly, when you display yourself like that you are opening yourself to sexual harassment, rude/crude comments among many other things. Some people take that open display as an invitation for other "things".
Finally, women who are strong and confident know thats trashy and hate you for being so weak and needy for attention from men so they dont like you.
