Cats pretty much do what they want when they want... What's a good name for a cat? Doesn't matter it won't come when you call anyway, it only comes when IT wants to...

To be honest I'm pretty sure they're equally intelligent, just in different ways...

Dogs are pack animals, therefore are better off in the company of other dogs or humans. Cats are individual, and do most of their thinking activities on their own.

And from what scientific source? In my college psychology class we learned about the cortex and how big some animals' were compared to humans and chimps. The dog had a larger one than a cat.

I'm a 'doggy' person myself but cats, I believe, are 'smarter' than dogs. WHY? Well usually dogs do what their OWNERS want them to do whereas the owners of cats usually seem to do what the CATS want them to do!! lol!!
