I am a different person when I am in love. I am much happier and out going when I have that special someone.

I might display better aspects of my personality. After all, if I'm happy with someone I'll be nicer to them then some person I dislike. I also might gain an appreciation for things they show me or are interested in, but I'm not going to start loving spiders and hating cats just to match with them.

Not because I'm putting on a front. I'm happier when I'm in love and that makes me nicer. It's more of an attitude change than a personality change.

I feel like I'm more open to things that they might be interested in but I'd never change myself.

My personality is what I am ,and has been forged by many forces ,good, and bad.No changes here ,if people don't like what they see ,then they don't need to be with me.

No guy could convince me to change who I've been for almost 22 years.

That's discovered fast and puts at Number 1 on their Top Ten Jerk List. When you're up for a relationhship, or just a date, you want to put your best foot forward - a totally natural and good tact to use right from the starting line, but make sure that best foot belongs to the real you and not some fabricated composite that no one's ever seen before. Being a phony is not putting your best foot forward, it's living a lie.

Sometimes, but mostly not. I'm just who I am. If you don't like it sorry! But if it's something not really good then I'll be like ok!

Rather than it being a matter of changing only to try to make others happy (that never works), I see it more as the result relationships having sharing, growing moments. We interact. We learn and grow (hopefully for the better). Although we have definite personalities that define us, who we are is only somewhat of a constant. Time and relationships change us. We are not stagnant. Being like an inpenetrable fortress is...like a living death.

Well, I'm married to the same woman 47 years. I guess I've changed over that time period.

I don't change for the relationship. But sometimes being introduced to new things changes me.
