    I don't take any due to my unique system. I have no large intestine and only half my small so a lot of things like that are not absorbed and just wash right thru. I eat six small meals a day to compensate.

    I eat a variety of foods and try to eat healthy. If I do this I don't need to take vitamins.

    Despite all my healthy eating I still take supplements. I take: Fish oil, kelp, reshei mushroom, all natural multi vitamin and bee pollen complex.

    I eat very healthy, and that is how I like to get me vitamins, however, I love my POM juice, always drink green tea, fish oil, D3 & Collagen (sometimes when feeling yucky B complex). Whether it helps or not, I shall see. I have no complaints yet.

    I just take my multi-vitamin. I have had a Vitamin D deficiency in the past so I really do have to take a vitamin containing it.

    But I need to start..I have dropped 20 pounds..I drop and take off weight real well..I am solid but need to work on more defintion..Insanity and a stricter diet will do the trick!

    I have a D deficiency so....I take D2..and it helps.

    Do you even know the difference between 2 and 3?
    We don't JUST need 3, it doesn't work like that.
    Also D2 is the vegan option.
